A young boy named Gon believes he can one day reunite with his father if he follows in the footsteps of his father, who disappeared long ago. He believes that if he follows in his father’s footsteps, he will one day reunite with him.
In order to become an official Hunter, Gon leaves home at the age of 12 and participates in the Hunter exam, known for its low success rate and high mortality rate. He was befriended by the revenge-driven Kurapica, the aspiring doctor Leorio, and the rebellious ex-assassin Killua in the exam, and their friendship continued through the trials and threats they faced as they took on the hazardous career of a Hunter.

Will There Be A Hunter x Hunter Season 7?
There is no concrete information about Hunter x Hunter Season 7. In Hunter x Hunter 2011, 148 episodes were aired, concluding the 13th Chairman election arc following the Chimera Ant arc. As a result of the mangaka’s health and legal issues with the publishers, the manga has continued with many hiccups since 2008.
Almost a year after the manga began, Hunter x Hunter was released with 62 episodes, so it diverges quite a bit from the manga but is still amazing. As with the anime, the seventh season of Hunter x Hunter will begin with the Dark Continent arc that follows right where the anime ended.

Following this announcement, the Kakin empire launches an expedition into the Dark Continent, and Beyond, Chairman Netero’s son joins the expedition. Eventually, both Kurapika and Leorio are hired by the Zodiacs as well. Finally, the V5 sponsors both Kakin’s and Beyond’s expeditions to the Dark Continent by sponsoring both of their parties.
Hunter x Hunter Season 7 Release Date
At this time, no release date has been announced. It must first be formally announced before a release date can be determined. In the last season, the Election story arc was adapted and more adventures have been uncovered.

As for the two remaining arcs, the Dark Continent Expedition and the Succession Contest, Season 7 would cover either or both.
