Everyone has been waiting for the sports event of the year which is of course Super Bowl and brands to wait to get a spot on the Super Bowl Commercials lineup. The Sunday game is over with Los Angeles Rams triumphing over Cincinnati Bengals and we too have made up our list of favorite Super Bowl Commercials.
2022 Super Bowl Commercials understood the assignment! Brands pitched in big stars to give us an iconic lineup of entertaining commercials, if these advertisements were on Youtube you wouldn’t click on the SKIP AD button for sure.
1. Zendaya for Squarespace
In this commercial we see Zendaya (looking gorgeous as always) selling shells for Squarespace. She looks dreamy and absolutely stunning and netizens can’t stop imagining her as a romantic comedy lead. With Euphoria on its 2ND season run, Zendaya is the talk of the town and her fans obviously can’t stop gushing over this wholesome commercial.

2. Pete Davidson for Hellmann’s Mayo
Pete-Kanye’s feud is making a buzz of its own on various social media websites and so Hellmann had to book SNL star Pete Davidson for their Super Bowl commercial. Sticking to his comedy roots, this commercial is absolutely hilarious, Pete gets tackled by none other than NFL star Jerod Mayo. We also see Pete’s mother in this commercial. Overall, it was a hilarious commercial with a good social message. STOP FOOD WASTAGE OR SEE THE WRATH OF JEROD.
3. Uber Eats makes Gwyneth Paltrow eat questionable candles
Uber Eats has booked a big cast of stars who are seen eating the weirdest bunch of stuff, from Trevor Noah munching on a whole light bulb to Gwyneth Paltrow taking a bite out of vagina-scented candles. This commercial was very bizarre but nonetheless intriguing to watch.

4. Rocket Mortgage with Anna Kendrick and Barbie
Rocket Mortgage aims at taking a dig at dollhouses, a childhood toy that faces the bitter truth of reality with Anna Kendrick’s adult talk about the mortgage and real estate market. This honestly felt like an SNL sketch comedy.
5. Salesforce sends Matthew McConaughey to Space
It felt like Nolan’s Interstellar again, we all may be wishing upon stars for its sequel but Salesforce sort of grants our wish by making this commercial. But this time, it is all about Matthew McConaughey staying back at home, Earth.

The commercial is very wholesome and spreads positive humanitarian messages which include climate change awareness. Even though technology and our reach know no bounds now with advancements in space exploration and MetaVerses, Matthew and Salesforce urge us to steps to preserve our home planet instead of aiming for other causes.
6. Taco Bell with Miss Doja Cat
After her hits after hits, Doja Cat is probably your No.1 Artist on Spotify Wrapped too. That gorgeous transformation of Doja in this Taco Bell is one to look out for. Doja isn’t clowning when choosing a fast food place to chill at. The commercial’s visuals and music is amazing.
7. Amazon Alexa with Couple Goals Colin Jost and Scarlett Johansson
SNL star Colin Jost and Black Widow star Scarlett Johansson are totally couple goals even though they don’t engage in PDA. Amazon Alexa’s commercials bring this married couple together in a hilarious setting, so what would have life been like if Alexa could read you and your partner’s minds? We wonder, but it is better if we don’t find that out for sure! With Valentine’s Day just on the corner, this ad also features a “perfect date night” plan, watch this ad and note it all down.

8. Planet Fitness has got Lindsay Lohan Glowing
We all must be wondering what is really going on in Lindsay Lohan’s life, the mega teen star of the late 2000s who was always making appearances for the paparazzi wherever she went. Well, Planet fitness answers your question, she is at Planet Fitness with Star Trek’s best captain (debatable?) William Shatner. It is always good to see Lindsay back on our screens. Lindsay’s drug abuse history and her fall from stardom was all very depressing to witness so this commercial truly feels refreshing.
9. Booking.com has got Idris Elba vacationing
James Bond Frontrunner Idris Elba is seen in this entertaining commercial, which pokes fun at their brand name. It is light-hearted and we obviously can’t stop imagining Idris Elba in James Bond suits. Who would have thought, Idris who usually goes after serious roles onscreen could ace comedy too?
10. Lay’s Bromedy starring Paul Rudd and Seth Rogan
Super Bowl always gets Lay’s to put out fun commercials starring big names of showbiz. This Super Bowl commercial got us wishing for a buddy flick starring Paul Rudd and Seth Rogan. This was indeed very wholesome and hilarious, Paul and Seth reminiscing old memories at Seth’s wedding which are actually classic movie tropes but with a Lay’s twist. Watch till the end for the big reveal!
